Rules & Regulations

CHECK-IN/LOAD-IN
Competition Zone (inside the Ocean Center) load-in/check-in will take place from 12pm to 2pm on Saturday, Feb20th & Exhibition Zone (outside the Ocean Center) load-in/check-in will take place from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday, Feb 20th. Look for signs that will direct you to the staging area. While in line you will be reclassified (if needed) and you will be given a wristband (event pass), an event regulation sheet & also your classification sheet. Your classification sheet must be displayed on your drivers side windshield at all times during load-in & during event.

*COMPETITION ZONE LOAD-IN TIMES HAVE BEEN CHANGED!!!
*COMPETITION VEHICLES MUST LOAD-IN BETWEEN 12PM-2PM
*AFTER 2PM ALL VEHICLES GET LOADED-IN EXHIBITION ZONE 

COMPETITION REGULATIONS
All vehicles must be clean, free of body damage, rust & primer
Project cars & prototypes must be in a completed state
No support vehicles allowed inside the venue at any time
Vehicles must have less then 1/4 tank of gas
Gas caps must be locked and/or taped off
Battery cables are REQUIRED to be disconnected after load-in
Vehicles are not to be started on show day, at any time!
Tear down & load-out takes place after all spectators have left
Must be present at awards ceremony to receive your Awards

CONDUCT
No Violence. No Weapons. No Drugs! All contriband confiscated will not be returned. Anyone caught violating any of these rules, will be asked to leave and/or removed by the security staff from the premises. VolksVision MediaWerks, Inc. has the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

DISPLAY SPACE
Your vehicles & display must stay in your designated area. If your display is larger then the width of your vehicle (with both doors open), then you must pay for additional Display Space when you pre-register. All displays must be professional in appearance & be in good taste. No sponsor banners in your display space unless they have paid to be a show sponsor.

FOOD & DRINKS
No outside food, drinks or alcohol inside the venue or on the show grounds.

LATE ARRIVALS
Vehicles will be placed on a first come, first serve basis. If a member of your crew or club does not caravan with you, rolls in late or is not in line with you when load-in takes place they will not be placed with you (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you have entered the Competition Zone and show up after 2pm on Saturday, you will be placed in the Exhibition Zone.

MODELS
All models in your display space must be in good taste. DubJAM H2O Euro Auto Show & Expo has many underage attendees, so we need to keep activities PG-13. No lingerie, G-strings, or T-backs & absolutely no lewd acts! If any model is disruptive to the show, management may ask them to stop said activity.

RE-ENTRY
All participants receive free entry into the show & will be given one wristband upon arrival. Any additional people in your vehicle will have to purchase spectator tickets (if they did not do so in advance). If you leave the Ocean Center, you will be allowed to re-enter as long as you have your wristband. 

SCHEDULE - FRIDAY, FEB 19TH @ DESTINATION DAYTONA
8:45am to 9:00am: Session 1 Tech Check-in for Autocross & Dyno
9:00am to 12:30pm: Session 1 for Autocross & Dyno Competition
12:15pm to 12:30pm: Session 2 Tech Check-in for Autocross & Dyno
1:00pm to 4:00pm: Session 2 for Autocross & Dyno Competition
4:00pm to 4:30pm: Burnout Contest
4:30pm to 5:00pm Motorsport Awards Ceremony

SCHEDULE - FRIDAY, FEB 19TH @ OCEAN CENTER
3pm to 5pm: Vendor/Exhibitor Load-in

SCHEDULE - SATURDAY, FEB 20TH @ OCEAN CENTER
12:00pm to 2:00pm: Competition Load-in/Check-in
12:00pm to 3:00pm: Exhibition Load-in/Check-in
3:00pm to 10:00pm: Show starts / Spectators allowed to enter
8:00pm to 8:30pm: Swimsuit Contest
8:30pm to 9:00pm: DubJam Awards Ceremony
9:00pm to 9:30pm: Spectators leave the building
9:30pm to 10:00pm: Show Vehicle Roll-out begins
10:00pm: Show is over! Go Party!
